For projects lasting longer than one week, a progress payment will be due weekly
A 25% deposit is due at signing.
If needed, all parts and materials must be paid for as purchased unless supplied by customer and on site before work begins.
Permits, if necessary, will be applied for and paid for by customer.
A free estimate will be provided. Smaller jobs with a total value of under $500 to be paid at an hourly rate, while larger jobs will be valued at the estimated cost. The hourly rate will vary based on the skill level of the job.
